本机集进瓶、上盖、理盖、旋盖、出瓶与一体，主要包括模具送盖、伺服摆臂定位抓盖、伺服控制扭力旋盖。旋盖过程中无伤瓶伤盖现象，旋盖效率高，配有无盖自动暂停，有盖自动启动；同时可对损盖及无铝箔的瓶子进行剔除。整机采用先进的控制技术，触摸屏、可编程控制器、伺服电机的有机结合、产品升级快、调节方面，只需在触摸屏中输入摆臂角度、摆臂速度即可快速响应，即达的提高了生产效率和人机结合更加友好。
