The machine is used to medicine, food and chemical industries, and can count and load automatically for all kind of pills, flakes in abnormal shapes, vesicles, and all kind of troches. It is newly developed by our company and elaborately designed with combination with the similar products domestic and abroad. The successful development of the machine can offer the advantage packing machine for the medicine industry.

性能特点

⒈ 主机采用变频调速自动控制技术，数片筛动频率，均可自行调节。

⒉ 机内配置自动安全及保护装置，避免物料不必要的浪费，在空瓶未到达生产工位时，主机为停止工作，到达工位时自动开机，确保生产中，计数、装瓶准确性。

⒊ 二只拦瓶装置采用气动机构动作，调节各种规格包装瓶子，只需要调节光电凸轮即可，简便易用，无噪音。

⒋ 筛动机构采用国内最先进的“内孔中心轴偏位”结构，变频调速产生筛动效果，噪音低，调整方便，避免了国内现行由蜗轮、蜗杆、轴向间隙串动，产生振动而引发的易损坏及调整较难等问题。

⒌ 当进瓶无瓶或出瓶及瓶子堆积时，数片盘自动停止运转，不进行数片工作，但保持启动状态，等待瓶子的到来和出瓶时，机器自动恢复数片工作。

6.装有吸尘装置，吸尘机需另行配置。

7.数片盘采用特殊的筛动结构，噪音低，调整方便，符合GMP规范要求。

Function:

1). The key body of the machine takes frequency conversion speed-adjusted automatic control technology, and the flake counting sifting frequency can be adjusted by itself.

2). Inside of the machine, it is available of automatic safety protection facility in order to avoid the unnecessary waste of the materials. The key body will stop working when the empty bottle does not reach the production line location, and it will start automatically when it reaches the location in order to guarantee the precision of the counting and loading.

3). Two bottle blocking facilities are hydraulic and can adjust all kind specification of the packing bottles by only adjusting the photoelectricity cam. It is easy and simple and without noise.

4). The sifting structure uses the most advanced structure in China, called “ the central shaft departures the inner hole”, which is caused by the frequency adjustment with low noise and convenient adjustment to avoid the easier damage and difficult adjustment caused by the serial moving of shaft-ward clearance of worm wheel and worm.

5). When there is no bottle in importing bottle stage or there is bottle piling in exporting bottle

stage, the counting plate stop operating automatically, and when the bottle arrives or no bottle piled, the machine will start automatically.

6). Fitted with a dust-collection device, which meets requirements of GMP standard.

7). The tablet counting plate adopts a special swing mechanism, which features low nosie and convenient adjustment.
