无烟煤滤料简介
无烟煤滤料是采用优质无烟煤为原料,经精选碎，粉，筛等工艺加工而成。是普遍采用双层，三层快速过滤材料。实用于一般酸性，中性碱性的净化处理，具有良好的比表面积，各项指标均达到标准。无烟煤滤料经过过滤和冲洗，确保其适合水过滤之用，由于具有较好的固体颗粒保持能力，因此无烟煤能够可靠地提高悬浮颗粒清除能力。 此外，它的均匀系数较低，有助于加快流速。应用于各种污水过滤器，净水机械过滤器及化工、冶金、热电、制药、造纸、印染、食品等的生产前后的水质处理。

无烟煤滤料特点
1.机械强度高，破碎率和磨损率之和不大于3%（百分比按质量计）。
2.化学性质稳定，不含有毒物质。在一般酸性、碱性、中性水中均不溶解。盐酸可溶率为0.68%在各类水源中均可达到良好的净化效果。
3.粒径级配合理，比表面积大。产品外观呈球状而有棱角，光泽度好，经机械振动三次筛分，级配符合有关技术指标。
4.粒径范围小于指定下限粒径按重量计不大于5%，大于指定上限粒径按重量计不大于5%。
